What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, company (if you give it), the services you ticked, your rough budget (if you give it), your message and the page you sent it from.

We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to talk about the project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us and expect a reply.

We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored with Convex, the database service that runs this form. Access is limited to the people at Pensava who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any project that follows, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email us and we’ll deal with it.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
