Online stores with an AI assistant

Answers for customers while they are still shopping.

A shop that sells in drops or launches does much of its trade in a short window, when stock has to be right and customers want answers straight away. We build stores whose checkout checks stock and whose AI assistant works from your live catalogue and your customers’ own orders.

Who it’s for.

Brands that sell in drops, launches or limited runs
Shops answering the same product and order questions every day
Brands that want a store built around how they sell

What it has to get right.

Stock that’s right at checkout: The basket is kept between visits and checks stock before handing off to a hosted checkout, and orders stay in sync once payment is taken.
An assistant with real answers: The assistant searches the live catalogue, not a copy that goes out of date, and for signed-in customers it looks up their own orders. Answers appear as they are written.
Limits on what it can do: An assistant should only do what you would trust it to: search, look up and explain. Refunds, changes and complaints belong with a person.
Admin your team will use: Products, categories, collections, discount codes and low-stock alerts in one dashboard, with content your team can edit without a developer.

Work that shows it.

What we built, how it runs and where it stands.

Questions.

Can you add an assistant to our existing store?: Often, if your platform lets other software read the catalogue and orders. We check what yours allows before suggesting a rebuild.
Will the assistant make things up?: It answers by looking things up in your catalogue and order data rather than from memory, which keeps it to facts it can check. We test it on the questions your customers really ask before it goes live.
What does it cost to run?: Each conversation has a small running cost that depends on the AI model and how much it looks up. We estimate it before the build, alongside the cost of the store itself.
