Bringing in AI notetaking and image analysis safely

Specialist teams want AI to help with notes and image analysis. We lead the technical side: showing each tool is safe to use, integrating it and making sure the infrastructure can support it.

In-house work: our founder leads AI engineering at a multi-site UK organisation, which isn’t named here.

The brief.

These tools sit close to the organisation's most sensitive work and data. Before any pilot, each needs a measure of success agreed with the specialists and sign-off from the governance teams.

What we’re building.

A measure agreed first: A success measure drafted with the specialist leads, with a baseline for notetaking and for image analysis.
AI notetaking: A technical and data-flow review with the governance teams, and a pilot configuration agreed with the specialists.
Image analysis: Integration points, data flows and network needs documented, and security assurance for the tool.
Reliable in practice: Network and device requirements set out for each use and handed to the infrastructure team, with reliability data shared with the specialists.

Where it stands.

In progress. The success measure comes first; the reviews and pilots follow once it is agreed.
